Randomizer

When steel ends are released for the conversion press, the tabs are always situated in the same direction.

The ends are a little bit thicker at the position of the tab. If all tabs are on the same side, this side of the stick is higher. This causes unstable sticks of ends.The Canline Randomizer, will ‘randomize’ the position of the tab. This ensures that not all tabs are stacked on top of each other.

This results in a more stable stick of ends. In addition the randomizer provides stick length reduction bij 2% - 3%, easier packing and unpacking, less transport and storage costs.
